Gavin Penny (Director) has been working in the removal and storage business both in the domestic and international market since 1997. Not only gaining experience but observing how the high-volume removal industry was failing customers with a poor move experience.

In 2004 frustrated by his efforts to make the change from within, he decided to start his own business and, set the standards himself, the customer experience being foremost in his objectives. This strategic positioning is still the No1 objective today. Seeing rapid growth throughout the early years, in 2010 Richard Ingham (Director) was bought on board to oversee and improve the business management systems.
